The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this solicitation, FA469020Q0059, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37-Service Contracting Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Infrared Radiant Heat Services requirement. This award will be a base plus four option years and a possible six-month extension. The Period of Performance will be 30 Sep 2020 - 29 Sep 2025. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220 with a size standard of $16.5 million. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, the Attch 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this requirement, and the Attch 2 - Wage Determination. All questions will be answered only via posting an addendum to the solicitation. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.
