In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The purpose of this solicitation is to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for the procurement of a Warehouse Material Handling Platform meeting the specifications outlined on page 4 of the attached SF1449. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. All offerors must have an active SAM registration at the time the offer is submitted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of this acquisition is 333924 with a size standard of 750 Employees. This acquisition is a 100% total small business set aside. This amendment extends the solicitation due date to 9 Apr 2020.
