The purpose of this solicitation is to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for the procurement of 1 Carrier 30XA 100 ton chiller (Constant Speed Screw Compressor), 208/3/60 voltage with Non-Fused Disconnect, Wye Delta Starter, Factory Control Transformer, DX evaporator with heater, Low Sound, Minimum load control, Hail Guards, 2 thru 5-year compressor warranty (parts only), 1-year parts / labor warranty, and Factory Start Up included. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. Award will be based on price and compliance with item description. Quotes will be evaluated as follows: Step 1: Evaluate all quotations for responsiveness.
