The purpose of this solicitation is to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for the procurement of a KEGEL IKON Lane Machine Part Number 17-5900 (115V/60Hz) or equal item, including Battery Specification 158-1634 (Red) 25.6 Ah / 24 lbs. Touchscreen must be included, it does not have to be exact in size. The lane machine must be battery operated. Wifi capability is preferred. It must have forward and reverse capabilities. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. This will be a Price Factor Only procurement. All offerors must have an active SAM registration at the time the offer is submitted. Quotes will be evaluated as follows: Step 1: Evaluate all quotations for responsiveness. Step 2: Rank all responsive quotations based upon Vendor's Total Evaluated Price (TEP). Step 3: Make a determination of price fair and reasonableness.
