The purpose of this solicitation is to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for the procurement of a SCBA confined space rescue trainer, specifications in accordance with attached Salient Characteristics document. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures.
