The closing date is extended to 31 Dec 2021. at 4:30 PM***** The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469022Q0003, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified and Acquisition Procedures for the 28th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) Washer and Dryer Lease requirement. This award will be a base plus four option years. The projected Period of Performance is currently 1 February 2022 – 30 September 2026. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333318 with a size standard of 1,000 Eployees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, SF 30 Solicitation Amendment and the Attchs 1 - Revised Statement of Work (SoW), Q&A, and Appendix 1 and 2 for this requirement Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov . All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 4:30pm on 31 December 2021 to frances.tejada@us.af.mil and jonathan.allen.36@us.af.mil .
