This is a pre-solicitation notice for synopsis of moving and storage services for the Joint Personal Property Shipping Office (JPPSO) in Colorado Springs, CO servicing Ellsworth AFB, SD. The solicitation will result in one or more firm-fixed price requirements type contracts. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 484210 with a size standard of $27,500,000.00. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to provide moving and storage to and from Ellsworth AFB. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) all applicable federal, state, and local rules/laws, to achieve and maintain economical, safe, sanitary, operational and undeteriorated conditions. Solicitation FA4690-19-Q-A013 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 10 April 2019 via Fed Biz Opps. The proposed contract award date is 16 August 2019 and the proposed contract start date is 01 January 2020. Contractors submitting a quotation must have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet.
