This is a solicitation notice for Asbestos, Mold, and Lead remediation services at Ellsworth AFB, SD. The required service is being procured under FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37 – Service Contracting. The solicitation will result in one firm-fixed price blanket purchase agreement. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562910 with a size standard of $22,000,000.00. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to provide remediation services to Ellsworth AFB. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) all applicable federal, state, and local rules/laws, to achieve and maintain economical, safe, sanitary, operational and undeteriorated conditions. Solicitation FA469021Q0004 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 3 December 2020 via the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE), beta.SAM.gov. The proposed contract award date is 16 December 2020 and the proposed contract start date is 08 January 2021. Contractors submitting a quotation must have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet.
