The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for replacing the oval running track surface at Beale AFB, restoring it to a safe, compliant condition for physical training and fitness assessments. The work includes full removal and disposal of the existing rubberized surface, installation of a new 13mm red polyurethane track, a paved transition strip, athletic striping per NCAA/AF standards, signage, and a minimum 5-year warranty. Performance will be at Beale AFB. Award is anticipated on or about September 1, 2026, subject to availability of funds. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the services.
