9 OSS (Base Ops) B1060 Carpet/Furniture/Asbestos
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, set aside 100% for small business concerns. The contractor must furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and deliverables for furniture removal, asbestos abatement, and carpet replacement at Building 1060, executed in three distinct geographical phases. Performance is at Beale AFB, CA, with a period of performance from 4 September 2026 to 3 September 2027. Offerors must return a completed quote per Attachment 1 and include representations and certifications as required. Evaluation will follow the criteria identified in Attachment 1.
