Correct the price per visit for Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0009, 1009, 2009, 3009, and 4009 to reflect the "not to exceed" price as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. Extend the deadline for quote submissions to February 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM. 3. Adjust the estimated period of performance for all CLINs as a result of this change. 4. Clarify the language for the technical evaluation factor, Factor 2: Past Performance, to provide a more detailed explanation of the submission requirements and evaluation methodology. 5. This is a combined synopsis/solicitationfor commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation FA468626QS002, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside and the small business-size standard is $19M. (vi) The Government is seeking a qualified vendor to provide provide environmental compliance testing and inspection services for Beale Air Force Base(AFB); 9th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) underground and aboveground storage tank systems and adhere to the standards in this Statement of Work (SOW) and in accordance with Federal, State, Air Force, and local regulations.
