The government seeks delivery and installation of bird netting at two locations on Beale AFB. Requirement details are provided in the attached Statement of Need, and CLIN structure and evaluation factors are included in the solicitation at 52.212-2. Funds are not presently available, and any contract obligation is contingent upon appropriated funds being made available to the Contracting Officer and written notice to the contractor.
