This requirement is for the establishment of a Mortuary Affairs Blanket Purchase Agreement at Beale AFB. Offerors must confirm they can perform services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and all attached documents. Funds are not currently available, and no award will be made until they are. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursement for costs.
