This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii). FA468625QC009 is issued as an RFQ. (iii). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. (iv). This will be solicited as full and open, with an associated NAICS code 333310 – Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. (v). A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1, Section B - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission. (vi). This Requirement is to procure Three (3) FAA-Certifed Flight Simulators for the 9th Operations Group, as defined in the associated Statement of Need (SON) for Beale AFB, CA. (vii). Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point is identified in Attachment 1, Section F - Deliveries or Performance Schedules.. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA; Delivery: Five (5) months ARO. (viii). The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (ix). The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria to be included is identified in Attachment 1, Section I - Contract Clauses. (x). Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. (xi). The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xii).
