This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. FA468625Q0025 is issued as an RFQ. 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 4. This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: 100% Small Business set-aside, with an associated NAICS code 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and a small business dollar number of S40M. 5. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are as follows. 6. The Beale AFB Air and Space Expo requires three (3) 60 kW generators and three (3) 30 kWgenerators 208/120V single phase and will be managed and fueled by 9 Civil Engineering Squadron(CES), power production technicians from 4 June 2025 to 11 June 2025 to support general powerrequirements. All generators should be quiet running to not disturb airshow guests. 7. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA Period of Performance: 1 June – 11 June 2025. 8. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. 9. A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Reference Attachment 1 - FA468625Q0025. 10. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. 11. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. 12. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. 13. RFQ Important deadlines: Proposal Due Date. Technical, and Price Volumes shall be submitted via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below by the due date Wedensday 14 May 2025 @ 4:30 PM PST. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f), "Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers." It is the offeror’s responsibility to confirm receipt of all submissions. 14.
