This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. FA468625Q0023 is issued as an RFQ. 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 4. This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: 100% Small Business set-aside, with an associated NAICS code 532289 All Other Consumer Goods Rental and a small business dollar number of S12.5M. 5. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are as follows. 6. The offeror shall provide delivery and pick-up of rental tables, chairs and set-up/ tear-down services for a large Distinguished Visitor (DV) area (Attachment 1- Proposed DV Tent Layout) for the execution of the 2025 Beale Air & Space Expo, Legacy of Reconnaissance Air Show, and adhere to the standards in this Statement of Work (SOW). The Air Show 2025 will take place on 7 – 8 June 2025 and the tables and chairs will need to be in place 6 June 2025 at Beale AFB, California. The offeror shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, lodging, and transportation to and from the location required to accomplish this work unless otherwise stated herein. 7. Place of Contract Performance: Beale AFB, CA Period of Performance: 1 June – 9 June 2025. 8. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. 9.
