This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii). FA468625Q0015 is issued as an RFQ. (iii). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. (iv). This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: 100% Small Business set-aside, with an associated NAICS code 424720 Petroleum and Petroleum Products Merchant Wholesalers (except Bulk Stations and Terminals) and Size standards in number of employees 200. (v). A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1 - FA468625Q0015 Prices/Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission. (vi). This Requirement is to procure Fuel for the execution of the 2025 2-day Air & Space Expo, as defined in the associated Statement of Work (SOW) for Beale AFB (BAFB), CA. The offeror shall deliver fuel to the 2025 Beale Airshow, assist aircraft in refueling, and remove unspent fuel at the conclusion of the period of performance. The government will only pay for actual fuel used. Unspent fuel will be removed at no cost to the government. The offeror shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the services described in this Statement of Work (SOW). Deliver the fuel to Beale AFB flightline no earlier than 0900, and no later than 1600 on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The fuel truck and materials will remain on the flightline until depleted, the departure of the last off-station aircraft from Beale AFB, or 1700 on Monday, June 9, 2025, whichever occurs first. The offeror will ensure at least one (1) Operator is present and available to support fuel truck refueling operations on the flightline from 1600 to 1700 on Thursday, 5 June 2025, 1100 to 1500 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6-8 June 2025, and from 0800 until the aforementioned departure conditions are met on Monday, 9 June 2025. SUBJECT: Request for Information (RFI) –Shuttle Buses Services f/ Airshow 2025 at Beale Air Force Base, California. The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 – Market Research, to determine sources capable to provide non-personal services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. The purpose of this RFI is to query the market for potential interested, capable, responsible, and qualified sources that can provide/perform the stated requirement.
