The 9 RW Air Show Committee is seeking to engage contractors to provide 102 golf cart rental services (82 gas and 20 electric) )for the duration of the Event. The Air Show 2025 will take place on 7 – 8 June 2025 and the golf carts will need to be in place 5 June 2025 at Beale AFB, California. Technicians must be on-site during the airshow to troubleshoot and ensure equipment remains functional throughout the event. On-site presence is required during event hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on June 6, 7, and 8, 2025. Please see attached DRAFT SOW.
