The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the development and installation of an airfield lighting control computer systems upgrade at the Control Tower (B11103), Lighting Vault (B1015) and Base Operations (B1060). Contractor personnel shall meet International Standards Organization (ISO 9100) quality requirements and provide factory trained technicians, equipment's parts and expertise to perform installation and repairs of the ALCS system at Beale AFB. Contractor shall provide installation services of software as well as commissioning services at all locations that includes a five (5) year service plan for the ACLMS system. Contractor shall coordinate with 9CES/ISSO personnel for current Air Force Standard Desktop Configurations, DISA STIGS/SRG, benchmarks, Security Content Automation Protocols asset naming conventions, IP address documentation in addition to following all DOD and DAF standards and regulations.
