The Beale AFB Air Show requires the services and consultation of a professional Public Address System (Sound) Service 2025 contractor to provide the sound system & public address system for the execution of the 2025 Beale Air Show. The contractor must have experience supporting an airshow for the USAF Thunderbirds or USN Blue Angels (at least one airshow) and the necessary equipment to accommodate the special needs of the USAF Thunderbirds in accordance with the Thunderbird Manual. Additionally, must have well-trained technicians experienced in Air Show sound who have worked an Air Show with your company in the last 3 years. The contractor will be working with BAFB organizations, to include the Air Show Team Flight Ops coordinator, Air Ops coordinator, Air Show Director, Air Show Deputy, and/or Director of Air Operations. Deadlines: Questions/Concerns. All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than Tuesday, 12 November 2024 at 10:00 am PST. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government to SAM.gov, the contracting opportunities website. Late requests to Questions and or Concerns will not be reviewed nor considered. Questions in response to this notice shall be sent via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below. Proposal Due Date. Technical, Past Performance and Price Volumes shall be submitted via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below by the due date specified in the Request for Quote, which is Tuesday, 19 November 2024 at 10:00 am PST. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f), "Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers." It is the offeror’s responsibility to confirm receipt of all submissions.
