This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and a written soliciation will not be issued. (ii) The soliciation number is FA468625Q0001 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulation 2024-07. (iv) This requirement will be set-aside as a Women-Owned Small Business Concern and the associated NAICS code is 335132 - Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electronic Lighting Fixture Manufacturing and a small business size standard of 600 employees. (v) A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1, Section B - Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission. (vi) The contractor shall be responsible for the delivery of 271 replacement parts, specifically the GPO1227 replacement parts for Annapolis Bollard Light Fixtures, to maintain and restore existing lighting systems. These parts are critical to the functionality and uniformity of the Annapolis Bollard Light Fixtures currently in use. The replacement parts must precisely match the design, specifications, and compatibility with the existing electrical and structural setup. Given the unique specifications and proprietary design of the GPO1227 parts, sourcing from a single supplier is necessary to ensure uniformity, compatibility, and proper functionality of the lighting fixtures without requiring extensive modifications. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptable and FOB point is identified in Attachement 1, Section F - Deliveries or Performance Schedules. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria to be included is identified in Attachment 1. (x) Offerors shall included a completed copy of the provision at 5.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commericial Products and Commerical Services, with its offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in Attachment 1 are applicable to the acqusition. (xiii) There are no additional contract requiremen(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) necessary for this acqusition. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocation Systems (DPAS) and assigned raiting is not applicable. (xv) Offers are due 18 November 2024 at 10:00 AM PST to the POCs identified in the Contact Information Section of this notice.
