Amendment 01 The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Request for Information (RFI's) and responses, update SON to remove 40 ton unit (see Attachment 01 Statement of Need Rev 1), update Attachment 07 with proper project name, and provide as built drawings. The proposal due date has been changed from the 3rd of Sept to the 9th of Sept at 15:00 P.M. This is the solicitation for the B11177 Remove/Replace Tool Crib HVAC Project. Project Location: Beale AFB, CA 1. A complete Statement of Work detailing the approach and environmental considerations to perform all aspects of the requirement identified in the Statement of Work (Attachment: 1 - SON - B11177 HVAC Statement of Need 07.01.24). 2. This construction project will be conducted at Beale AFB, CA 3. Compliance with Wage Determination (Attachment: 2 - Wage Determination - CA20240007 07/05/2024) 4. The range of magnitude for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000 5. NAICS Code is 238220. Size standard is $19,000,000. 6. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. 7. Project base CLINS 0001 and 0002 must be completed within 180 calendar days, factoring in 0 weather day delays. 8. Site Visit is scheduled on Tuesday, 13th of August 2024 at 10:00 A.M. PST, meeting up at 9th Contracting office parking lot. Google Maps search of 9CONS will show meeting destination. In order to gain access to Beale AFB Contractors must complete and return Attachment 05 - Contractor EAL 2024 for no more than 3 participants per vendor by the 20th of June 2024 at 15:00 PST. Access will be permitted through Wheatland Gate upon approval of Security Forces. Contractor must bring Real ID, or two separate forms of ID to include: license, state ID, birth certificate, social security card, and passport. 9.
