The is the solicitation for the Upgrade Electrical Overhead 940th project. Project Title: 1136627 Upgrade Electrical Overhead 940th Project Location: Beale AFB Project Title: 1136627 Upgrade Electrical Overhead 940th Project Location: Beale AFB, CA 1. A complete Statement of Work detailing the approach and environmental considerations to perform all aspects of the requirement identified in the Statement of Work (Attachment: 1 - SOW -Upgrade Electrical Overhead for 940 ARW Sq Ops AMU). 2. This construction project will be conducted at Beale AFB, CA 3. Compliance with Wage Determination (Attachment: 2 - Wage Determination - CA20240007 05/24/2024) 4. The range of magnitude for this requirement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 5. NAICS Code is 238210. Size standard is $19.0 Million. 6. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. 7. Project base to be completed within 60 calendar days, factoring in 0 weather day delays. 8. Site Visit is scheduled on Thursday, 18th of July 2024 at 10:00 A.M. PST, meeting up at 9th Contracting office parking lot. Google Maps search of 9 CONS will show meeting destination. In order to gain access to Beale AFB Contractors must complete and return Attachment 05 - Contractor EAL 2024 for no more than 3 participants per vendor by noon on the 17th of July 2024. Access will be permitted through Wheatland Gate upon approval of Security Forces. Contractor must bring Real ID, or two separate forms of ID to include: license, state ID, birth certificate, social security card, and passport. 9. RFI questions will be due on Friday, 19th of July 2024 at 15:00 PST. Questions will only be answered from interested contractors who participate in site visit. 10. Charges for solicitation documents will be $0.00 11. Any available plans will be distributed by electronic mail. 12. Proposals are Due at 15:00 PST on 26 July 2024 at the 9th Contracting Squadron by Email to robert.briney.2@us.af.mil
