The 9th Contracting Squadron, located at Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide a system upgrade of existing CCTV cameras, and the installation of additional cameras at Beale AFB, CA 95903. Beale AFB is looking for qualified contractors to provide the products in accordance with the description below: System upgrade to include replacing fifteen (15) existing cameras, head-end unit, infrastructure, supporting devices, and the addition of four (4) new cameras. Outdoor cameras must be rated for outdoor mounting and usage. There is no available power in all locations therefore the product must be POE (power of ethernet) capable. Must have PTZ capability of 260+ degree pan and 180 degree tilt. Indoor cameras must also be POE (power of ethernet) capable, and must have PTZ capability of 260+ degree pan and 180 degree tilt. We will also require system engineering, installation of all cameras, system configuration and training for local users. System must include appropriate head-end, user/admin, interface, hardware/software licenses, and digital storage with retrieval capability. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this sources sought or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.). This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 1,250 employees.
