This Requirement is to is to procure services to develop and execute the Air Show Parking and Traffic Management plan 2025 for the 2-day Air and Space Expo, as defined in the associated Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Beale AFB (BAFB). This is a 2-phase contract and the first phase consist of a site visit must be completed within 60 Days of award, which will allow for an adequate site picture for planning and executing of the Air Show Parking and Traffic Management plan 2025. The site visit will identify potential areas of challenge, rules and regulations and approved areas/lots that can utilized by overview authorities. The contractor will be working with BAFB organizations, to include the Ground Planning team, Security Forces Squadron (SFS), and the Civil Engineer Squadron (CES). The second phase is the contractor must be able to execute the Parking and Traffic Management plan, set-up, tear down and implement the execution of the 2-day Air Show Parking and Traffic Management plan 2025 for the Air Show. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide the services and support as required to meet the stated objectives and accomplish work required under this Performance Work State (PWS). This notification is in preparation for an upcoming requirement For Beale AFB Air Show taking place in June of 2025. The contractor will need to produce the event plan and have the ability to implement the plan in June of 2025 for a 2 day Air Show. We are having an Auto Show 18 May 2024 and would like to invite all interested contractors to come and do a site survey to better understand the layout of the installations terrain and take note of any challenges they might face in developing the executing the parking plan and traffic management contract. If interested in attending, Beale AFB is open to the public for the Auto Show from 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM PST on 18 May 2024. Attached is the flyer for the Auto Show on 18 May, as well as the plan we had developed for our Air Show in 2018 for your reference. Event Logistics Plan: Need to focus on efficiency of traffic flow and parking, safety and security. Develop traffic, parking, and transportation management plans to overcome any event traffic flow and parking challenges. Planning should have consideration of the traffic arriving and departing the event site as well as the many varied details of each event, such as: Pedestrian traffic to and from parking areas The need for adequate and easily accessible handicapped parking Emergency vehicle aisles and access routes The plan should have flexibility and have work arounds to keep traffic moving. Implement traffic flow patterns and utilize parking areas of any surface. Whether it is grass, pavement, empty lots, dirt, or farmland, we can transform the area into efficient and organized long-term or temporary parking. Control the flow of cars within the parking areas, directing them in an orderly fashion to maximize space.
