Components: (1) E07260 UNO-2271G-N231AU V2 service controller upgrade kit (1) E07261 service controller standard cables kit (1) 025754 power supply PRO TOP1 120W 120-240V/24VDC 5A (1) E06929 screen for kiltech kit (E06121) (1) E0067 kiltech I/O board dual layer 65pt The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, operations, and maintenance incidentals as required to install and configure components for Smardt Water Cooled Chiller at Bldg.1086. Scope of work: Coordinate service with Beale AFB, 9 CES/HVAC Shop Remove and replace the OEM Control Panel and all associated components Remove existing sensors, transducers, and power supplies Furnish and install new MCS control panel with new boards and cabling Furnish and install all electrical conduit/wiring as required for new control panel Provide all programming to coordinate with the new control panel Program, configure, and set all chiller safeties Start-up and testing of equipment and unit controls and log operating conditions Furnish O&M Manuals, Warranty Documents, System Manual/Installation documents and Product Data Sheets Provide on-site operator training to maintenance personnel on the new control system 2 Provide one-year labor and material to carry manufacturer warranty
