DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Apogee Insight and Apogee Desigo CC platform operates 9 CES’ Energy Management Control System (EMCS) which has recently been upgraded to the Windows 10, Server 19 Desigo platform IOT conform to the community of interest network enclave (COINE) II requirements for ICS systems within the Air Force, creating reliability and resilience to all mission critical operations. This includes water management system, wastewater management system and heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Siemens control systems monitors and controls over 265 Apogee control panels inventoried data points in each of the 100+ buildings and facilities that 9 CES runs and maintains, and by extension, every facility on the base. 2. SCOPE. This service is a Technical Support Program (TSP) designed to support the Environmental Control System (ECS). Contractor support shall consist of emergency on-line support, on-site operator support/maintenance/training, on-site operator/programmer training and factory certification, on-site Apogee/Desigo CC server updates, Apogee Client & Desigo CC updates/licenses, and component replacement coverage.
