The purpose of this project is to repair various sewer manholes across Beale AFB by replacing/resealing of grade rings, frames, covers, of the in-service manholes, raising the frames of manholes 6 in.... The purpose of this project is to repair various sewer manholes across Beale AFB by replacing/resealing of grade rings, frames, covers, of the in-service manholes, raising the frames of manholes 6 in. above ground, install plugs, repair and seal around the pipes, benches, around the plugs, and addressing any Inflow and Infiltration issues. The Contractor shall furnish all design, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, testing, analysis, reports, permits, specifically confined space and air quality authority to construct permit, hauling, tools, equipment, to accomplish all the work involved as necessary for repairing Sewer Manholes, addressing Inflow and Infiltration as provided in the attached SON.
