The contractors will install new encryption devices between building 1200 and 1218, connect existing V5 at each end of the encryption device to existing fiber optic patch panel within the existing devices at 1219 and test/configure on existing Honeywell IDS system from building 1200 at BDOC. The contractor will create a shop design to facilitate the on site activities and hand the as-built design over to the government upon completion of the task.
