THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INTERESTED SOURCES, NO PRICING IS BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. Once posted this requirement will require expediated responses. Beale AFB will work closely with interested vendors to schedule a site visit if required, with desired award of this project by 30 Sep 22. Questions and or comments on documentation currently provided are welcomed. General Scope: The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, operations and incidentals as required to install a point to multipoint wireless ethernet bridge to include (1) Base Station Unit and (7) Subscriber Unit. All installation(s) shall be completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The A follow on maintenance and support service shall be included for 5 years. The system must be fully-duplex. The system must have data encrypted end-to-end over an assured channel and the device be validated under the “Cryptographic Module Validation Program” specified in FIPS PUB 140-2, Security Requirements for Cryptographic Modules. Using unlicensed frequencies under Federal Communications Commission Title 47 Part 15 is not allowed. The contractor must verify radio frequency spectrum certification compliance with Beale AFB Spectrum Manager for any radio frequency devices currently in use. At a minimum, the contractor must ensure compliance with the following regulations: AFI 17-220, Spectrum Management HQ USAF/A4 Memorandum, Department of the Air Force Guidance Memorandum, Civil Engineer Control Systems Cybersecurity.
