Please meet in front of the Contracting Building (6500 B St Beale AFB, CA) and we will drive over to the site together. ALL ATTENDEES must fill out the attached EAL and VAR. If you intend on taking photos of the site an Electronic Media Device Authorization Letter must also be filled out. All photos taken of the site will be reviewed by the sites Security Manager before leaving. EALS, VAR, AND THE AUTHORIZATION LETTER ARE DUE TO CONTRACTING NO LATER THAN 2:00 PST ON 20 JULY 2021 IN ORDER TO ENSURE ALL REQUEST ARE PROCESSED.
