A site visit will be held on Monday 3 May 2021, we will be meeting at the Wheatland Gate at 1:00pm PST. Please fill out attached EAL Form (and send it to SrA Milton Vasquez) to help expedite the process of getting all interested parties access to base. Once all interested parties have assembled, or 15 minutes after scheduled time to meet, we will be caravan to the site following the customer. As a reminder keep all side-bar conversations to a minimum, and only as questions related to the SOW or to clarify conditions at the site. After the site visit is complete submit all questions in wiriting electronically to SrA Milton Vasquez. An amendment was made to increase the solicitation window by 5 days from 7 May 21 to 12 May 21. Also attached are the answers to the site visit questions. An amendment was made to add aditional questions.
