If you are a vendor who many fulfill this need, please contact both POCs listed below. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equiptment, tools, materials and labor necessary to perform a Low Pressure Leak Test on the solder found at the joint connecting the Down Tube, Valve Assembly inspection. Contractor will ensure the serviceability and prevent deterioration in value or effectivness. Specifically, the contractor will perform six year maintenance on Amerex model 600k 150# halon fire extinguisher. Price must include halon transfer, valve rebuild including new valve stem and O-rings. New discharge hose O-rings, Dip Tube pressure test in accordance with (IAW) TCTO 13F4-4-501. Due to requirements set forth in T.O 00-25172 Ground Servicing of Aircraft and Static Grounding/Bonding, these flight line extinguishers must stay in the vicinity of the airfield to continue aircraft maintenance and SORTIE operations. The extinguisher maintenance must be done on Beale AFB to ensure flying operations are not hindered.
