The solicitation is expected to be issued... This presolicitation notice is an update of previous notice PS-BealeHandyman dated 30 July 2020. For full details, please see previous presolicitation notice. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 16 November 2020. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. A site visit will be held on 20 November 2020. Please see Solictation Attachment 10, EAL for Base Access, if you are interested in attending the site visit at Beale AFB. The cumulative Handyman value (combined value of all task orders from all awarded contracts) is not to exceed $9.2 million over a 5 year with an additional three year option period. The value of individual task orders will range from $2,000 to $250,000. The ordering period is expected to be one (1) five (5) year period beginning 1 February 2021 and ending 31 January 2026, with one (1) three (3) year option ordering period from 1 February 2026 and ending 31 January 2029. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. In addition, offerors MUST register at beta.sam.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation.
