Contractor is to perform full demolition of buildings 5109, 5110, 5111, 5112, 5113, 5114, and 5116 along with all attached/detached utility/storage rooms. Site demolition to include removal of all concrete slabs, building slabs, concrete patios, sidewalks (leading directly into the building), and fencing. Contractor to remove/dispose of trees and shrubs as needed to accomplish work. Coordinate with Base environmental prior to any removals. All driveways and parking areas to remain, exception, B5114 has covered parking that is to be demolished. The contractor is to remove and properly dispose of all construction debris and hazmat to the appropriate landfill. No debris to be left on site – the government does not have any on-base disposal areas for contractor use.
