Offeror shall provide transportation services to support AFCOMAC Students traveling to and from Sacramento Int’l Airport (SMF) and Beale AFB, as called for by the Contracting Officer or an authorized representative. Prospective contractors must have a Bus large enough to fit at least 50 adults with large suitcases and a vehicle large enough to transport at least 15 adults with large suitcases, and must provide services on weekends, holidays and late night/early mornings. Prospective contractors must have 2 forms of gov’t issued identification (driver’s license, passport, SS card, etc.) for base access, and may be required to contact 9 SFS/BDOC for gate entry and egress through Wheatland Gate.
