The system has been in place for over thirty seven years and will allow the 9th Security Forces Squadron to enhance capabilities for crisis negotiations. The startup time is less then five minutes and it is used to defuse potentially dangerous situations. The product is built to endure all weather environments and enables a negotiator to take over/record a call from the first responder immediately, thereby starting negotiations from any location.
