The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and qualified personnel necessary to do underground storage tank (UST) inspections of facility 5761, PAVE PAWS at Beale AFB, CA.... The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and qualified personnel necessary to do underground storage tank (UST) inspections of facility 5761, PAVE PAWS at Beale AFB, CA. The contractor shall be a licensed California Tank Tester certified by the State Water Resources Control Board (23 CCR 17) and possess current certifications issued by the International Code Council (ICC). The contractor will perform all work in compliance with Title 23 California Code of Regulations Chapter 16 - Underground Storage Tank Regulations (23 CCR 16).
