The parts washer must at a minimum have the following: - It must be non-heated cold solvent parts washer - A vertical agitating type with a large capacity air operated parts platform that agitates up and down to clean parts. - Air lift platform capability of lifting approximately 700 pounds when loaded. - Must include a parts basket. - The parts basket platform size must be between 59L X 36 W minimum. - Must have a liquid solvent tank capacity between 300-400 gallons of cold cleaning solvent. - An adjustable automatic timed cycle with a range of 0-60 seconds, 0-10 minutes, 0-60 minutes, and 0-10 hours. - Simple switch operation mode to allow user to manually set cycle time - Stroke length of a minimum of 5 inches and 25-40 strokes per minute. - Time cycle that allows the lid to open and close in conjunction with raising and lowering the parts platform. - Mild steel construction. - Capacity filtration system with a minimum 1.5 HP pump. - Delivery, set up and initial startup that covers system check and test run. - Onsite training that covers maintenance and operations of equipment. - Five to seven year extended warranty. 3.
