System shall be maintained to minimize unsatisfactory service conditions including flooding, conditions due to blocked sludge trap, and non-functional Wash Rack equipment. Facilities shall be maintained clean and orderly with generated waste materials (such as waste oils, grit screenings, and other waste solids) to be routinely collected, as necessary, and removed to an approved off base disposal site. All transportation and disposal practices shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and County environmental regulations.
