UPDATE - The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to post the Request for Information (RFI) Questions and Responses. No questions will be responded to via phone calls, all questions have to be submitted in writing to POCs listed and responses posted for all potential vendors to see. March ARB is hosting the Southern California Airshow at March Field on Friday-Sunday, April 11-13, 2025. Temporary portable toilets and hand-washing stations are required to support this event. The purpose of this contract is to fulfill the need of portable toilets in support for of March ARB 2025 air show. The portable toilets and hand-washing stations shall be delivered and installed no later than April 10, 2025, by 9:00AM, and picked up for return on April 14, 2025. Portable toilets and hand wash stations shall be delivered and placed in government directed locations provided by the on-site government representative. Required locations are all on March ARB and generally within the locations of the parking areas, main spectator area, Distinguished Visitor (DV) complex, performer area, control point, fire department staging area, and pyrotechnic staging area. A diagram will be supplied to the contractor once awarded.
