No questions will be responded to via phone calls, all questions have to be submitted in writing to POCs listed and responses posted for all potential vendors to see. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Provide temporary tents for various functions, sponsors, as well as invited guests in a sequestered area to experience the open house activities during the Southern California Air Show at March Field on 22-23 April 2023 (set-up shall begin on 18 April 2023 with clean-up and removal on 24 April 2023). For more detailed information, please see -SOW Tents Airshow- attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation in SAM.gov. The attached SOW is included under -List of Attachments- for this RFQ. SAM.gov registration shall be required and must be completed by any vendor anticipating award.
