The 452 Mission Support Group Civil Engineers (452 MSG/CE) has a requirement to contract for a design-build project to remove and replace an elevator in the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Bldg. 395 on March Air Reserve Base (MARB), CA. The project will require disassembly and removal of the existing elevator, control system, electrical system, and all associated components to include modifications to existing electrical systems and control system; furnish and assemble a new elevator; test and commission new elevator and associated components, and provide training to the base staff as described in Statement of Work (SOW).
