As a result, Attachment 1 General Wage Decision CA20210025, dated 8/06/2021, is replaced with General Wage Decision dated 8/20/2021; Attachment 2 SOW dated 9 June 2021 is replaced by SOW, Revision 1, dated 31 August 2021; added an addendum to the SOW, and added Attachment 15 Answered Requests for Information (RFI), dated 1 September 2021. All attachments, new and revised are added in Section J. The 452 Mission Support Group Civil Engineers (452 MSG/CE) has a requirement for a desigm/build construction of a new Fire Training Facility at March Air Reserve Base. CA (MARB). The contractor will be required to prepare the new site, construct a foundation, and provide electrical services, fuel services connecting to the existing propane tank, new water service by installing two new fire hydrants and a new permanent structure. This project requires close coordination between contractor, Civil Engineering Construction Management, and Base Operations as the work will be accomplished in a secured access facility. The project requires designs from licensed professional engineers in the fields of electrical and civil engineering. The contractor should have experience managing projects that include grading/site work, concrete foundation construction and a permanent structure construction.
