Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) the 452 MSG/PK Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to G/M Business Interiors. The furniture requested matches the color, style, and manufacture make/model to existing 4 AF furniture in Bldg 323 that was purchased from G/M Business Interiors in 2009, 2012, 2013, 2015 and most recently in 2017. The existing three brands of furniture are as follows: a. Executive level stand-alone desk & office furniture - Make: Krug / Model: Millennium b. Standard stand-alone desk & office furniture - Make: First Office / Model: Pulse c. Modular desks & office furniture - Make/Model: Herman Miller This notice of intent is not a request for competition. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is intended to fulfill the requirement of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii).
