The 452 Operational Contracting Office at March Air Reserve Base intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a firm-fixed price construction contract for Repair Storm Drain at Macdill St. (PDPG 16-0117) at March ARB CA. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 237310 with a size standard of $36,500,000. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract period of performance is 90 calendar days. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. In accordance with FAR 36.103 sealed bid procedures will be utilized for award of a contract. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about Friday, August 16, 2019, on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov, with a bid due date tentatively scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2019 at 10:00AM PST. All amendments, questions and answers, etc. to the solicitation will be posted at FBO as well. No paper copies of the solicitation will be provided.
