March ARB proposes to award a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, with incidental Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost Reimbursable No Fee (CRNF) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for work that cannot be accurately predicted. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, 1 Jan 20 - 31 Dec 20. An immediate, short-term contract is necessary due to extenuating circumstances projected to leave March ARB without mission essential contract support by 31 Dec 19. Therefore, the Government intends to procure interim BOS services immediately through a short-term, limited competition, IAW 6.302-2 – 10 USC 2304(c)(2), Unusual and Compelling Urgency.
