The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to maintain drop zone (approximately 159 acres) grass height, provide grading and repair of drop zone roads and conduct fence inspection/minor repairs in accordance with this PWS. The drop zone is located in Runnels County Texas. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions and commercial practices This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
