This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only, not a formal solicitation. Dyess AFB requires a survey and study of its Centralized Aircraft Support (CAS) system to determine the actions needed to restore, replace, or upgrade it, with the goal of reducing manpower for B-1 fleet maintenance. Interested firms must submit a Statement of Capability and an informal cost estimate for market research. Responses are requested by 10:00 A.M. CST on 7 May 2026. The work will be performed at Dyess AFB.
