Dyess AFB requires installation of a 1 Gbps symmetrical internet connection in Bldg 4230. The contractor must provide a technical approach covering hardware provisioning/demarcation at Bldg 7320, network configuration with a public static IPv4 address, RFC 2544 performance testing (=1 Gbps, <0.1% packet loss, and low latency), and SLA/equipment warranty terms. Offerors must state their activation lead time and confirm they can meet the October 8, 2026 operational deadline. The Government may cancel the solicitation before award and is not obligated to reimburse offeror costs.
